Thank you Eric - this is excellent! I can see how it is necessary to understand and articulate why we propose to move the oval. You could argue that the amount of community support over it in it's current place, in it's current form is a success, people and organizations are not donating time energy and resources to its removal.
The focus of our proposal must be to acknowledge the current success of the oval while highlighting the even greater potential it has to improve the urban setting.
